伤科黄油纱外敷用于急性皮肤挫擦伤的效果观察

目的观察急性皮肤挫擦伤患者应用伤科黄油纱外敷的临床效果。方法将收录的80例急性皮肤挫擦伤患者随机的分为两组,对照组给予常规治疗,而观察组给予伤科黄油纱外敷治疗,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组无粘连度明显的低于对照组的情况(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗5d后和治疗7d后的创面愈合面积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的创面愈合时间明显的低于对照组的创面愈合时间(P<0.05)。结论急性皮肤挫擦伤采取伤科黄油纱外治疗具有较好的应用效果,能够有效缩短创面愈合时间,降低创面粘连度,值得临床中应用与推广。

Results The observation group without adhesion degree is significantly lower than the controlled group （P 〈 0.05） ; after 5 days and 7 days, observation group and controlled group＇ s wound healing treatment area has no obvious difference （P 〉 0.05） ; The wound healing time of observation group was obviously lower than controlled group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Department of fractures and wounds Butter yarn used for acute skin contusion has a good application effect, can effectively shorten the wound healing time, reduce wound adhesion degrees, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
