鼻咽癌对后鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术前后处理与疗效的相关性分析

目的研究探讨鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术术前术后的处理以及如何提高手术疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年3月—2011年3月,该院收治的鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者共计33例,术后随访10~24个月,根据手术后的疗效和随访的结果,讨论鼻咽癌治疗后对鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术疗效的影响。结果 33例鼻咽癌治疗后鼻窦炎患者经鼻内镜手术后,随访结果显示23例痊愈,占69.7%,6例好转,占18.2%,4例无效,占12.1%,总有效率为87.9%。结论鼻内镜手术具有创伤小,疗效确切的优点,是目前临床上治疗鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎的较为有效的方式。

Correlation analysis and effect of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after treatment of sinusitis with nasal endoscopic operation

Objective Study on treatment of sinusitis with nasal endoscopic surgery before and after operation in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy and how to improve the effect of operation. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2009 March to 2011 March, our hospital after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with sinusitis in 33 cases, followed up for 10 to 24 months, according to the results and follow-up after operation results, influence on the operation effect of sinusitis and nasal endoscopic discussion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after treatment. Results 33 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after treatment of sinusitis patients after endoscopic operation, the follow-up results showed 23 recovered, accounted for 69.7%, 6 improved, 4 invalid, accounted for 18.2%, accounted for 12.1%, the total effective rate was 87.9%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic operation with small trauma, definite effect advantages, is the clinical treatment of nasosinusitis after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is effective way.
