CT设备临床X射线辐射剂量管理

摘    要:根据国际原子能机构给出的相关建议对CT临床X射线剂量管理进行探讨。探讨内容包括:CT剂量表征量的选择;空气中CT剂量指数Ca,100的测量方法;标准头模和体模中测量计算CPMMA,100,c、CPMMA,100,p和CW的测量方法;CT扫描中患者剂量计算。前三项获得CT设备有关剂量的客观数据,后一项获得特定CT检查的患者剂量,用来对比诊断参考水平,进行风险评估。另外,还对CT剂量测量管理的不确定度进行了初步分析。

Abstract:The objective of this article is to discuss radiation dose management of CT device according to the recommendation of international atomic energy agency. The discussion includes determination of radiation dose parameter; measurement of Ca,100 in air,measurement of CPMMA,100,c,CPMMA,100,p and CW in standard phantom and calculation of patients radiation dose. The first three items are based on the objective radiation data of CT and the last item is based on patient dose which is used to compare reference level and assess radiation risk. In addition, this article analyzes uncertainty of dose management of CT.
