| 摘 要： | 目的了解和评估浙江省人群碘营养现状。方法全省90个县(区)按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》进行随机碘盐监测;并在监测县范围内按东、西、南、北、中选5所小学,测定8~10岁学生的尿碘含量。结果全省抽查碘盐26305份,盐碘中位数为30.50mg/kg,碘盐覆盖率97.65%,碘盐合格率97.42%,合格碘盐食用率95.13%;学生尿样8591份,尿碘中位数201.01μg/L。结论碘盐合格率、碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率和儿童尿碘中位数,总体达到消除碘缺乏病标准和消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核的要求,全省总体碘营养处在适宜水平。
