hFgl2在不同型别肝病患者中表达的临床意义

目的 研究hFgl2在不同型别肝病患者中的表达,分析hFgl2的表达水平与肝病发展的关系.方法 收集我院2011年1月~2013年6月入住我院的不同型别肝病的患者,把健康受试者45例、慢性乙型肝炎轻度患者50例、慢性乙型肝炎中度患者45例、慢性乙型肝炎重度患者47例、慢性重型乙型肝炎患者50例及肝癌患者45例分别分为A、B、C、D、E和F组,采用Northern blot分析不同组织中hFgl2的表达强度,表达最强的组织利用Western Blot法测定hFgl2在不同型别肝病患者中的表达,两组间进行比较,观察hFgl2在各组间的表达差异是否具有统计学意义.结果 在选取的8个组织中,hFgl2在外周血中表达水平最强;慢性乙型肝炎中度组、重度组、慢性重型乙型肝炎组及肝癌组中hFgl2的表达高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,慢性乙型肝炎重度组、慢性重型乙型肝炎组及肝癌组的hFgl2表达均高于慢性乙型肝炎中度组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而慢性乙型肝炎轻度组hFgl2的表达略低于健康对照组,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,慢性重型乙型肝炎组hFgl2表达略高于肝癌组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 hFgl2在不同型别的肝病患者中表达水平不同,并随肝病严重程度的增加表达升高.

hFgl2 Protein Expression in Different Clinical Types of Liver Diseases

Objective To study expression of the hFgl2 in different type of liver diseases, and analyze the relationship between the expression level of hFgl2 and the development of liver disease. Method The healthy subjects（45 cases） ,chronic hepatitis B patients with mild（50 cases） and moderate chronic hepatitis B patients（CHB, 45 cases）, chronic hepatitis B Patients in heavy degree（47 cases） and chronic severe hepatitis B patients（50 cases）, and patients with liver cancer（45 cases） from January 2011 and June 2013 in our hospital were divided into group A, group B,group C, group D, group E and group F. hFgl2 expression in the different tissues was detected by the Northern blot and Western blot on selected samples. Results In selected eight tissues,hFgt2 levels was highest in blood. In moderate and severe chronic hepatitis B group, the slow heavy hepatitis B and liver cancer group, the hFgl2 expression had obvious difference from health controls （P〈0. 01）, the treatment of chronic hepatitis B moderate group and slow heavy hepatitis B hFgl2 had obvious difference（P〈0. 05）. CHB hFgl2 expression in mild and healthy control groups was not significantly different（P〉0.05）. The hFgl2 expression between heavy hepatitis B and liver cancer group showed no obvious difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The levels of hFgl2 vary in different types liver diseases, and increase with the severity of liver diseases.
