| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在进行正常压力脑积水（NPH）脑室-腹腔分流手术预后,影响手术效果的相关因素.方法 通过对NPH病患的病程、年龄、CT检查等因素来判定手术的成功与否.结果 术后1周临床症状缓解17例,出院时症状缓解25例.28例随访3～ 30个月,脑积水症状改善19例,无显著变化3例,6例症状较术前加重.结论 脑室-腹腔分流术仍是治疗脑积水的首选方式;对个体化病人应选择最适合分流压力的分流管进行分流以达到最佳手术效果.

| Abstract: | Objective In the normal pressure hydrocephalus （NPH） ventric!e peritoneal shunt surgery prognosis, related factors influencing effect of surgery.Methods through to the NPH patients, age, duration of CT examination dnd so on factors to determine the success of surgery.Results Postoperative week 17 were clinical symptoms, the symptoms ease 25 cases discharged from hospital. 28 cases were followed up for 3 ~ 30 months, hydrocephalus symptoms improve 19 cases, no significant changes in 3 cases, 6 cases with preoperative worse.Conclusion Ventricular - celiac bypass surgery is still the preferred way to treat hydrocephalus; For individual patients should choose the most suitable for shunt shunt shunt pressure to achieve the best effect of surgery. |
