外侧微创小切口内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的 探讨外侧小切口直视下复位微创钢板螺钉内固定术治疗sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 对15例sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者进行回顾性分析,测量手术前后X光片上跟骨长度、宽度、高度、Bohler's角、Gissane's角,评估术后切口愈合情况以及术后功能.结果 15例患者均得到6~15个月随访(平均9.7个月),手术优良率为86.7%,并且术后跟骨长、宽、高、Bohler's角及Gissane's角均得到良好的恢复,所有患者均未发生伤口感染、皮肤坏死及腓肠神经损伤等并发症.结论 外侧小切口微创钢板内固定术治疗sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折是一种创伤小、安全、并能有效防止并发症的治疗方法.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the;clinical effect of lateral small incision reduction under direct vision minimally invasive plate screw $xation in the treatment of Sanders II type and III type calcaneal fracture. Methods 15 cases of patients with Sanders II type or III type calcaneal fracture were retrospectively analyzed. The calcaneal length, width and height, Bohler's angle, Gissane's angle of the patients on the X-ray plates were measured before and after the operation. Postoperative wound healing and postoperative function were evaluated. Results 15 patients were followed up for 6-15 months (average 9.7 months), the excellent and good rate of the operation was 86.7%, and the calcaneal length, width, height, Bohler's angle, Gissane's angle all got good recovery. All patients had no wound infection, skin necrosis and sural nerve injury. Conclusion The lateral minimally invasive internal gxation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture is a minimally invasive and safe method, and it can prevent the occurrence of complications effectively.
