食管癌术后精神障碍的原因分析及护理对策

目的 分析和探讨食管癌术后精神障碍的原因及护理措施.方法 对2009年1月~2012年7月我科23例食管癌术后精神障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组病例发病因素与年龄相关7例,性格心理因素相关3例,基础疾病相关9例,手术因素相关5例,内环境因素相关8例,药物因素相关6例,环境因素相关3例,相关因素共发生41次,平均每位患者有1.78个发病相关因素.经精心治疗护理全部治愈,随访无复发.结论 食管癌术后精神障碍与多种因素协同作用有关,护理以预防为主,早期发现并制定有效护理措施,可全面促进患者早日康复.

Nursing Counter Measwres and Analysis of the Relevant Factors of the Postoperative Mental Disorder in Esophageal Carcinoma Patients

Objective To analyze the causes of postoperative mental disorder in esophageal carcinoma patients and to explore the nursing care measurements. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases with postoperative mental disorder in esophageal carcinoma patients in our department from January 2009 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In this group,7 cases were related to age factor, 3 cases related to personality and psychological factors,9 cases related to the underlying disease, 5 cases related to surgical factors, 8 cases related to internal environment,6 cases related to drug factors, and 3 cases related to environmental factors. The total factors related were 41 times,in an average of 1. 78 per patient. All patients cured under the careful treatment and care, without recurrence in the follow-up visit. Conclusion The postoperative mental disorders of esophageal carcinoma relate to a variety of factor synergies. Nursing care focuses on the prevention, early detection, effective care measurements, in order to fully promote the recovery of patients.
