前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清HMGB1、HSP、IL及凝血指标的影响

目的：研究分析前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清高迁移率族蛋白1（HMGB1）、热休克蛋白（HSP）、白介素（IL）及凝血指标的影响程度。方法：选取于本院进行诊治的48例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（常规重症急性胰腺炎治疗组）24例和观察组（常规治疗加前列地尔组）24例,然后将两组治疗前及治疗后3、7d及10d的血清HMGB1、HSP、IL及血小板参数、活化指标进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后3、7d及10d的血清HMGB1、HSP70、HSP27、IL-6及IL-8水平均明显地低于对照组,血小板参数及活化指标也明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：前列地尔对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清HMGB1、HSP、IL及凝血指标的影响较大,因此对疾病的控制效果相对更好。

Influence of alprostadil on serum HMGB1, HSP,IL and coagulation indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective： To study the influence of alprostadiI on serum HMGB1, HSP, IL and coagulation indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： A total of 48 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（conventional severe a- cute pancreatitis treatment group）and observation group（conventional treatment and alprostadil group） by half. The serum HMGB1,HSP,IL and platelet parameters and activation indexes of two groups before the treatment and on the third, seventh and tenth day after the treatment were compared. Results： The serum HMGB1, HSP70, HSP27, IL-6 and IL-8 of observation group on the third,seventh and tenth day after the treatment were significantly lower than those of control group, the platelet parameters and activation indexes were all significantly better than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Alprostadil has significant influence on the serum HMGB1, HSP, IL and coagulation indexes of patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and it has satisfactory control effect.
