益气活血法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床疗效观察

目的 观察益气活血法治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的临床疗效.方法 将100例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例.两组均给予持续低流量吸氧,纠正缺氧,改善通气,选择敏感的抗生素,合理的解痉,平喘,强心,利尿等常规治疗.治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用红花黄色素氯化钠注射液和注射用益气复脉冻干,疗程2周.结果 治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗后两组的心肺功能及动脉血气指标均显著优于治疗前（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 益气活血法在常规治疗基础上能够显著改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者氧分压和二氧化碳分压,改善患者心肺功能.

Clinical Efficacy Observation on Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Treated with the Therapy for Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic pulmonary heart disease treated with the therapy for benefiting qi and activating blood circulation. Methods One hundred cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each one. The conventional therapeutic program was applied in the two groups, such as maintaining low oxygen uptake, rectifying anoxia,improving aeration, selecting the sensitive antibiotics, reasonable methods for spasmolysis, antiasthma,heart tonics and diuresis. In the treatment group,based on the treatment as the control group,In- jection of Carthamin Yellow Sodium Chloride and Yiqi Fumai Injection（ Lyophilized ）were added. The dura- tion of treatment was 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher significantly than that in the control group, indicating the significant difference statistically（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The results of car- diopulmonary function and arterial blood gas indexes after treatment were all superior to those before treat- ment in the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. The improvements in the treatment group were better signifi- cantly than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy for benefiting qi and activating blood circulation regulates significantly the levels of oxygen partial pressure and partial pressure of carbon dioxide and improves cardiopulmonary function in the patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
