彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的临床价值分析

摘    要:目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉粥样硬化诊断中的临床价值.方法 采用高分辨率彩色多普勒超声对临床考虑有颈动脉粥样硬化的206例患者进行颈动脉超声检查,通过观测颈动脉内径(R)、内-中膜厚度(IMT)、收缩期最大血流速度(PSV)等指标判断颈动脉硬化程度.结果 206例患者中,有167例有不同程度的颈动脉粥样硬化,检出率为81.07%,其中斑块形成133例,造成颈动脉狭窄53例,斑块发生以颈动脉分叉处居多,占64.66%.结论 高分辨率彩色多普勒超声能准确诊断颈动脉粥样硬化的发生,是临床诊断和评估颈动脉粥样硬化的有效手段,对颈动脉粥样硬化的与预防、诊断和治疗均具有重要临床意义.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis. Methods High- resolution color Doppler ultrasound was used in the diagnosis of 206 patients with carotid atherosclerosis considered clinically, indicators such as the inner diameter of the carotid artery (R), intima-media thickness (IMT) and peak systolic velocity (PSV) were observed to determine the degree of carotid atherosclerosis. Results Of the 206 cases, 167 cases were diagnosed with different degree of carotid atherosclerosis, the detection rate was 81.07%. 133 cases were diagnosed with plaque formation, including 53 cases with carotid artery stenosis. Plaque occurred mostly in carotid bifurcation, accounting for 64.66%. Conclusion The high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose carotid atherosclerosis, which is an effective means for the clinical diagnosis and assessment of the disease and has important significance in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
