生物卫星舱内蚕卵生物叠实验研究

摘    要:为探讨空间微重力和宇宙辐射对家蚕蚕卵的生物学效应,在俄罗斯生物卫星舱内进行了 卵生物叠实验,研究银河宇宙线重粒子作用于滞育期蚕卵的生物效应。卫星在轨飞行12d,测量的累积辐射剂量为1.88mGy。蚕卵样本分为轨道飞行重粒子击中组、轨道飞行重粒子未击中组、地面实验组与地面对照组。

Abstract:To study the effect of the cosmic ray HZE particle(High Z and Energy)on the silkworm eggs the biostack experiment was done on board Russian biosatellite in 1993.The biostack consisted of silkworm eggs and CR-39 plastic track detector,The experimental silkworm eggs were divided into 4 groups:flight hit,flight non-hit,ground simulation,ground control. Then the hatching,the developments of the silkworm,the weight of the co-coons and the silk of the first generation of each group were observed.The results show that the effect of HZE particle on above indices of silkworm are not significant.On the average,the cocoon weights of the flight groups are slightly higher than that of the ground group:and it is worth while to pay special attention in later investigations.
