共刺激因子CD80在强直性脊柱炎肠道的表达

目的 研究共刺激因子ＣＤ８０肠道表达及其与强直性脊柱炎发病的关系。方法 ４０例强直性脊柱炎病人，其中２０例处于病情活动期，２０例牌病情静止期，和４０例正常对照肠镜活检取材后用Ｂ７／ＢＢ１单抗检测ＣＤ８０在肠道的表达。结果 强直性脊柱炎肠道５０％有ＣＤ８０表达，正常对照仅有２．５％表达，两者比较Ｐ〈０．００１；活动期强直性脊柱炎肠道９０％有ＣＤ８０表达，而非活动期组中仅有１０％表达，两者相比，Ｐ值〈

Gut expression of costimulatory factor CD80 in ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To study the costimulatory factor CD80 gut expression in ankylosing spondylitis and its association with the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Forty ankylosing spondylitis (20 in active stage and 20 in nonactive stage) and 40 normal controls were included and their CD80 gut expression was probed by monoclonal antibody B7/BB1.Results CD80 gut expression was found in 50% of ankylosing spondylitis,while only in 25% of normal controls ( P <0 001).Ninety percent of the active ankylosing spondylitis had CD80 expression in the gut,while only 10% of the nonactive had ( P <0 001).Conclusion Costimulatory factor CD80 gut expression is associated with the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis and the disease activity.
