腔外型胃平滑肌瘤的CT诊断

目的 探讨腔外型胃平滑肌瘤的CT表现。方法 对经手术病理证实的30例腔外型胃平滑肌瘤行CT平扫及增强扫描，分析其特点。结果 30例腔外型胃平滑肌瘤，病变位于胃体部27例，胃窦都3例，CT平扫表现为与胃壁关系密切的圆形或椭圆形软组织肿块，边缘光滑，病变与胃壁呈钝角或锐角，19例密度均匀，11例内见低密度灶，增强扫描14例无强化，16例轻至中度强化，右侧卧位扫描肿块出现牵拉征14例，抱球征12例。结论 CT在显示腔外型胃平滑肌瘤较其他检查方法有明显优势，对病变的正确诊断有重大意义。

CT Diagnosis of Extraluminal Gastric Leiomyoma

Objective To evaluate CT findings of extraluminal gastric leiomyoma. Methods Plain and contrast enhanced CT were performed in 30 cases with extraluminal gastric leiomyoma, which were confirmed by operative and pathology. CT features were analyzed in 30 cases. Results Of 30 cases, 27 cases occurred on the gastric body and 3 cases on the gastric antrum. CT features of extraluminal gastric leiomyoma included round and oval soft tissue masses which had a slick margin and close relation to gastric wail with an acute angle or blunt angle. Homogeneous density were seen in 19 cases and inhomogeneons density with low density lesions in llcases. Enhanced scanning showed no enhancement in 14 eases,mild to moderate enhancement in 16 cases. In right lateral position,traction sign were seen in 14 cases and holding ball sign in 12 cases. Conclusions CT was better than other techniques in displaying the extraluminal gastric leiomyoma. It can improve diagnostic accuracy of leiomyoma.
