川麦冬栽培关键技术探讨

川麦冬是我国大宗常用药材,四川省三台县是其核心道地产区,以散户种植为主,栽培方式各异,其品质和产量参差不齐。为了更好地开展川麦冬的规范化栽培技术研究,对三台县的川麦冬栽培技术进行总结,结合近年来麦冬类药材栽培研究的成果,从土壤选择、品种选育、水肥和病虫草害管理、多效唑施用、采收加工等方面综述了川麦冬栽培现状及存在的问题,提出从种苗前处理、替代多效唑的川麦冬专用肥研制、病草害综合防控等方面开展深入研究,推动川麦冬栽培全程机械化,为提高川麦冬品质与产量提供参考。

Key Cultivation Techniques of Ophiopogon japonicus

Ophiopogon japonicus. is a bulk medicinal herb in China, and the geo-authentic region is in Santai county, Sichuan province, which features planters of individual farmers, diverse cultivation methods, and difference in quality and yield. For standardized cultivation of O. japonicus, this paper summarized the cultivation techniques of O. japonicus in Santai County. Specifically, this article reviewed the status quo of O. japonicus cultivation from the perspectives of soil selection, breeding, management of water, fertilizer, diseases, insect pests, and weeds, paclobutrazol misuse, harvesting, and processing, and summed up the problems. Thus, it was recommended that the seedling pretreatment, specific fertilizer in replacement of paclobutrazol, and comprehensive prevention of diseases and weeds should be emphasized and cultivation mechanization of O. japonicus in Sichuan should be promoted. The result is expected to serve as a reference for improving the yield and quality of O. japonicus.
