湘潭地区农村老年人健康现况调查分析

[目的]了解湘潭地区农村老年人健康现况,提出改善农村老年人健康状况的建议。[方法]在湘潭地区35个乡镇分层随机抽取7个乡镇共568人,采用农村老年群体的综合评估量表对其进行调查。[结果]207名农村老年人体质指数异常,慢性病患病率达86.1%;10.4%(59/568)的老年人出现部分功能缺损或严重功能缺损;33.6%(191/568)的老年人有不同程度的尿失禁;26.6%(151/568)的老年人有轻度抑郁,5.5%(31/568)的老年人有重度抑郁,日常生活能力、抑郁、尿失禁有相关性(P<0.01)。[结论]农村老年人生理、心理健康不容乐观,营养、日常生活能力、尿失禁、抑郁方面亟待社会关注和有效干预。

Investigation and analysis of health status quo of rural elderly in Xiangtan area

Objective:To understand health status quo of rural elderly in Xiangtan area and put forward suggestions for improving health status of rural elderly.Methods:7 towns and villages were randomly selected in 35 towns and villages in Xiangtan area,and a total of 568 persons were surveyed using the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment suitable for rural elderly.Results:The body mass indexs of 207 rural old persons were abnormal,and the prevalence of chronic diseases was 86.1%;10.4%(59/568)of the elderly had partial functional impairment or severe functional impairment;33.6%(191/568)of the elderly had varying degrees of urinary incontinence;26.6%(151/568)of the elderly had mild depression,5.5%(31/568)of the elderly had severe depression.Furthermore,there were pairwise correlations among activities of daily living,depression,and urinary incontinence(P<0.01).Conclusions:The physical and mental health situation of the elderly in rural areas was poor.Nutrition problem,activities of daily living,urinary incontinence and depression urgently should get the social attention and effective interventions.
