老年人生命态度现状与生命教育需求的调查与分析

[目的]探讨老年人对生命态度现状、影响因素及生命教育需求,为老年人生命教育提供参考依据。[方法]采用便利抽样法,选取247例老年人对其生命态度和生命教育需求进行问卷调查。[结果]老年人生命态度总分(50.94±6.62)分,平均每条目得分2.04分,无慢性疾病的老年人生命态度得分高于有慢性疾病的老年人,有宗教信仰的老年人生命态度得分高于无宗教信仰的老年人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。52.63%的老年人想要了解与生命教育相关的知识。[结论]老年人生命态度偏消极,受健康状况、宗教信仰等多因素影响;老年人生命教育需求较高,应重视老年人生命教育。

Survey and analysis of status quo of life attitude and life education needs of the elderly

Objective:To probe into the status quo,influencing factors of life education and life education needs of the elderly,and to provide references for life education of the elderly.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,a total of 247 elderly people were selected for a questionnaire survey on their life attitude and life education needs.Results:The total score of life attitude of the elderly was(50.94±6.62),with an average score of 2.04 per item.The life attitude of the elderly without chronic diseases was higher than that of the elderly with chronic diseases,and the life attitude of the elderly with religious beliefs was higher than that of the elderly without religious beliefs,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).52.63%of the elderly wanted to learn about life education.Conclusions:The elderly′s life attitude was negative,which was influenced by many factors such as health status and religious belief.The life education needs of the elderly were high,so we should attach importance to life education for the elderly.
