Research progress on self-efficacy of intestinal stomas patients

The concept of self-efficacy was explained.The research progress of self-efficacy of intestinal stomas patients in terms of measurement tools,influencing factors,and improvement measures were reviewed.It was pointed out that the self-efficacy level of patients with intestinal stomas was generally low.Improving the self-efficacy level of patients helps to improve their quality of life.At present,research to improve the self-efficacy level was still in the exploration stage.Clinical nursing staff should understand the self-efficiency level and related influencing factors of intestinal stomas patients in different backgrounds and periods,take advantage of multidisciplinary cooperation,and formulate targeted nursing programs.
