中医特色远程健康管理模式对糖尿病病人生活质量的影响

[目的]观察中医特色远程健康管理模式对糖尿病病人生活质量及血糖水平的影响。[方法]纳入2018年1月—2018年12月在兰州市中医院糖尿病科住院的88例2型糖尿病病人作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组44例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加了中医特色远程健康管理模式干预,干预前后对两组病人空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白和生活质量进行比较。[结果]干预后观察组病人空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、生活质量总分及生理、心理精神、治疗4个维度评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医特色远程健康管理模式可以改善2型糖尿病病人血糖水平及生活质量。

Effect of remote health management model with TCM characteristics on quality of life of diabetic patients

Objective:To observe the effect of remote health management mode of traditional Chinese medicine on the quality of life and blood glucose level of diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 88 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the diabetes department of Lanzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were studied and were randomly divided into observation and control groups,44 patients in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing,and the patients in observation group were added the intervention of remote health management model with TCM characteristics on the basis of routine nursing.Fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total quality of life scores,and physiological,mental spirit and therapeutic scores in the observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The remote health management model with TCM characteristics could improve the blood sugar level and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.
