| 摘 要： | 阐述心房颤动发生机制及分类、手术原理,综述冷冻球囊消融术与射频消融术在心房颤动病人中的应用及护理研究进展。指出导管射频消融术是目前治疗心房颤动最常见的方式之一,冷冻球囊消融术为心房颤动消融领域一项新技术,具有明显的有效性及安全性,两种手术方式及术后并发症的观察侧重点不同,因此应采取相应的围术期护理措施。

| Abstract: | The mechanism,classification,the operation principle of atrial fibrillation were explained.The research progress on the application and nursing of cryoballoon ablation and radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation was reviewed.It was pointed out that catheter radiofrequency ablation was one of the common ways to treat atrial fibrillation at present.The two surgical methods and the observation focus of postoperative complications were different,so corresponding perioperative nursing measures should be taken. |
