升降散加味穴位贴敷对痰热型高血压病患者24h动态血压的影响

目的探讨升降散加味穴位贴敷对痰热型高血压病患者24 h动态血压的影响。方法将石家庄市中医院2018年9月—2019年9月门诊及住院治疗的1~2级高血压病患者64例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各32例。对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片口服,治疗组患者在口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片的基础上加用升降散加味穴位贴敷,2组均治疗4周。比较2组患者治疗前后24 h动态血压的变化情况。结果2组治疗后的白天平均收缩压(dMSBP)、白天平均舒张压(dMDBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nMSBP)、夜间平均舒张压(nMDBP)、24 h平均收缩压(24hMSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24hMDBP)、血压负荷(BPL)、血压变异性(BPV)与治疗前比较均明显降低(P均<0.05),治疗后的平滑指数(SI)与治疗前比较均明显升高(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗后nMSBP、24hMSBP、夜间收缩压负荷(nSBPL)、24 h收缩压负荷(24hSBPL)、夜间收缩压变异性(nSBPV)、24 h收缩压变异性(24hSBPV)均明显低于对照组治疗后(P均<0.05)。治疗组治疗后的夜间收缩压平滑指数(nSBP-SI)、24 h收缩压平滑指数(24hSBP-SI)均明显高于对照组治疗后(P均<0.05)。结论升降散加味穴位贴敷对痰热型高血压病患者具有降低全天血压水平、改善血压波动、平稳降压的作用,尤其在改善夜间收缩压方面更有优势。

Influence of acupoint application with modified Shengjiang Powder on 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure in patients with hypertension of phlegm-heat type

Objective It is to investigate the effect of acupoint application with modified Shengjiangsan on 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure in patients with hypertension of phlegm-heat type.Methods 64 patients with hypertension treated in outpatient and inpatient department of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets by oral administration,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application with modified Shengjiang Powder on the basis of oral amlodipine besylate tablets.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The changes of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure(dMDBP),nighttime mean systolic blood pressure(nMSBP),nighttime mean diastolic blood pressure(nMDBP),24-hour mean systolic blood pressure(24hMSBP),24-hour mean diastolic blood pressure(24hMDBP),blood pressure load(BPL),blood pressure variability(BPV)were significantly lower than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),the smoothing index(SI)was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The nMSBP,24hMSBP,night systolic pressure load(nDBPL),24-hour systolic pressure load(24hSBPL),night systolic blood pressure variability(nSBPV),24-hour systolic blood pressure variability(24hSBPV)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),the night systolic pressure smoothing index(nSBPSI)and 24-hour systolic pressure smoothing index(24hSBPSI)in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatmen(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint application with modified Shengjiang Powder could decrease blood pressure throughout the day,improve blood pressure fluctuations,and steadily decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension of phlegm-heat type,especially have advantage in improving night systolic blood pressure.
