急性呼吸窘迫综合征护理研究热点共词聚类分析

目的]通过聚类分析方法探讨急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)护理研究热点及研究现状,为ARDS病人的护理提供借鉴与参考。方法]通过检索国内、国外数据库中国知网(CNKI)与PubMed得到ARDS病人护理研究相关文献,对相关文献进行主题词整合,分别得出国内、国外关于ARDS护理研究热点的高频主题词,利用书目共现分析系统(bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder,BICOMB)2.0对高频主题词进行矩阵分析,将矩阵结果导入SPSS 18.0进行聚类分析,得出ARDS护理研究国内与国外的研究热点。结果]检索出国内相关文献485篇,国外相关文献493篇;国内高频主题词34个(≥5次),国外高频主题词37个(≥11次);将国内外高频主题词导入SPSS 18.0软件得出聚类树状图,对聚类树状图进行分析最终得出国内ARDS护理研究热点5个,国外ARDS护理研究热点5个。结论]国内外关于ARDS病人护理研究热点不尽相同,但ARDS病人机械通气的护理是国内外研究者关注的热点。

Hotspots of nursing research on acute respiratory distress syndrome based on co-word clustering analysis

Objective:To analyze the hotspots and research status quo of nursing research on acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)based on co-word clustering analysis,and to provide the reference for the nursing of patients with ARDS.Methods:The related literatures about nursing research of ARDS patients were retrieved by Chinese and foreign databases China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed.The high-frequency keywords of domestic and foreign research hotspots of ARDS nursing were obtained by integrating the related literatures.The bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder(BICOMB)2.0 was used to perform matrix analysis on high-frequency keywords,and the matrix results were imported into SPSS 18.0 for cluster analysis.The Chinese and foreign hotspots of ARDS nursing research were obtained.Results:A total of 485 Chinese literatures and 493 foreign literatures were retrieved.A total of 34 domestic high-frequency keywords(>5 times)and 37 foreign high-frequency keywords(>11 times)were obtained.The high-frequency keywords were imported into SPSS 18.0 software to obtain a clustering dendrogram.The clustering dendrogram was analyzed,and finally 5 Chinese hotspots and 5 foreign hotspots of ARDS nursing research were obtained.Conclusions:The Chinese and foreign hotspots of ARDS nursing research were different,but the mechanical ventilation nursing of ARDS patients is the hotspot of Chinese and foreign researchers.
