人文关怀护理精益化应用模式对眼科局部麻醉手术病人的影响

[目的]观察人文关怀护理精益化应用模式对眼科局部麻醉手术病人的影响。[方法]选择2018年7月—2018年9月在医院行眼科局部麻醉手术的60例病人为对照组,选择2018年10月—2018年12月在医院行眼科局部麻醉手术的60例病人为观察组,对照组接受基础人文关怀护理,观察组接受人文关怀护理精益化应用模式干预,对两组病人干预后各观察指标进行比较。[结果]观察组病人人文关怀护理感知度评分和护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑评分、护理不良事件率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用人文关怀护理精益化应用模式对眼科局部麻醉手术病人施加干预,可提高病人人文关怀护理感知度,缓解病人围术期焦虑程度,降低手术不良事件发生率,提升护理满意率。

Influence of humanistic care lean application model on patients undergoing ophthalmologic operation under local anesthesia

Objective:To observe the effect of humanistic care lean application model on patients undergoing ophthalmologic operation under local anesthesia.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing ophthalmologic operation under local anesthesia in hospital from July 2018 to September 2018 were selected as the control group,another 60 patients ophthalmologic operation under local anesthesia in hospital from October 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the observation group.The patients in control group received basic humanistic care,and the patients in observation group received the intervention of humanistic care lean application model.After,the intervention effect of patients was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of humanistic care perception and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the anxiety score and the rate of nursing adverse events were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The humanistic care lean application model for the patients undergoing ophthalmologic operation under local anesthesia could improve the awareness of humanistic care,relieve the anxiety during perioperative period,reduce the incidence of operative adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.
