| 摘 要： | 本文报告了5例经手术及病理证实的成人肠套叠,着重探讨了成人肠套叠的CT表现特点,并对产生这些征象的病理基础作了解释.成人肠套叠的CT特点为分层靶块,靶块形状取决于其长轴与层面间的角度,当靶块长轴与层面垂直时表现为园形或类园形肿块,倾斜相交或平行时表现为肾形、香蕉状或弹簧状肿块.研究结果表明,CT诊断肠套叠是一种可靠的检查手段.

| Abstract: | This paper reported 5 cases of adult intussusception proved by operation and pathology. The CT features of adult intussusception were emphatically discussed. The pathological morphologic basis of CT imaging were explained. The characteristic CT finding was layering "target" mass. The shape of "target" mass depends on the angle between long axis of "target" mass and scanning plane. At right angles to scanning plane the shape of target mass is round. If the long axis of the target mass is oblique crossing the scanning section or parallel to the section the shape of target mass will appears oral. The results showed that CT is a responsible method of examination for adult intussusception. |
