B型超声在妇产科急症诊断中的价值

目的探讨B型超声在妇产科急症诊断中的诊断价值.方法对150例妇产科急症患者进行超声检查,检查结果与手术和病理结果进行分析.结果宫外孕52例,前置胎盘40例,脐带绕颈16例,卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转14例,胚胎停止发育12例,葡萄胎10例,脐带绕躯体4例,黄体破裂2例,超声诊断准确率分别为85.71%、91.25%、92.3%及100%.结论 B型超声对妇产科急症的诊断准确率高,可作为妇产科急症首选的检查方法,大大减少妇产科急症的死亡率.

Value of B-ultrasound During Gynaecologic and Obstetric Emergency Situations

Objective To investigate the value of B ultrasound during gynaecologic and obstetric emergency situations.Methods One hundred and fifty patients from gynaecology were analysed with the results of operation and pathology.Results Fifty two cases with ectopic pregnancy,forty cases with placenta previa,sixteen cases with umbilical cord around the neck(nuchal encirclement),fourteen cases with pedicle torsion of an ovarian cyst,twelve cases with the embryonal development inhibition,ten cases with the hydatidiform mole,four cases with umbilical cord around the body and two cases with broken corpus lutein were observed.Conclusions B ultrasound has high diagnostic accuracy rate for gynaecologic and obstetric emergency situations.It can be used as the first choice for emergency to greatly reduce the mortality.
