人参皂甙对外源ACTH所致小鼠免疫功能抑制的调整效应
摘    要:本实验通过应用外源ACTH,观察了人参皂甙的内分泌免疫调节效应,实验结果证实,外源ACTH不仅诱发小鼠肾上腺皮质酮分泌增加,同时也导致小鼠NK细胞活性、T细胞转化活性的抑制,这种抑制与皮质酮升高水平呈负相关关系。应用人参皂甙可以部分抵消外源ACTH所致肾上腺皮质酮分泌增加,促进NK细胞以及T细胞活性恢复。上述结果提示,人参皂甙可以通过调整垂体(ACTH)-肾上腺(皮质酮)轴的活动参与机体免疫功能调节。

Abstract:The regulatory effect of ginsenoside(GS)on endocrine-immune function reduced byextrogenous ACTH was observed in the report. The results showed that extrogenous ACTH not onlycaused the increase on corticostone secretion from adrenal cortex ,but also gave rise to inhibition ofNK cell activity and T-cell mitogenesis stimulated by ConA which were accompanied with increase ofcorticostone leves. Furthermore ,it indicated that GS reversed effects of extrogenous ACTH on increaseof corticostone and inhibition of immune cell activities. These findings suggest that GS could regulateimmune cell function by it’s manner of regulating pituitary-adrenal axis actions.
