依托咪酯联合瑞芬太尼在老年患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用

Objective To investigate the efficacy of etomidate combined with remifentanil during total intra-venous anesthesia in painless gastroscopy. Methods Ninety ASA grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients undergoing gastroscopy with general anesthesia were enrolled. These patients were randomly divided into 3 groups with 30 patients in each group: control group (group A), remifentanil with propofol group (group B) and remifentanil with etomidate group (group C). The patients in group A were examined by gastroscopy without anesthesia. The HR, SpO2, Mean arterial pres-sure, respiratory rate, electrocardingram and recovery time were observed. Results The gastroscopy was applied successfully in group B and group C without any discomfort and adverse effect. Compared with group C, Hemody-namics in group A and group B was fluctuated significantly (P < 0. 05). Blood vessel irritation incidence in group B was significantly higher than that in group C (P < 0.05). Conclusion Etomidate combined with remifentanil in painless gastroscopy is a safe and effective examination method for elderly patients.
