| 摘 要： | 目的：观察ＨＣＶＣ３３抗原在慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织中的分布。方法：４例慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织用免疫组化法作ＨＶＣＣ３３标记。结果：ＨＣＶ３３抗原不仅分布于肝细胞核，胞浆及肝细胞膜中，而且分布肝窦内皮细胞及肝内脉巴细胞的胞浆及胞膜上。结论：ＨＣＶ抗原存在于上述肝细胞内，是慢性丙型肝炎的重要标志。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the distribution of HCV C33 antigen in liver tissue biopsy of patients with chronic hepatitis C.Methods:Immunohistological method for detecting HCV C33 was done in liver tissue of 4 patients with chronic HCV infection.Results:HCV C33 antigen is not only distributed in nuclei,cytoplasm and membranes of liver cells,but also in the membranes and cytoplasm of hepatic sinusoid endothelial cells and intrahepatic lymphocytes,and is negative in stomach tissue biopsy and fetus liver tissue.Conclusions:This result shows that the expression of HCV antigan in above cells of liver is an important mark of chronic hepatitis C. |
