高血压病患者左心室重量与QT离散度的相关性研究

目的　研究高血压病患者左心室重量与QT离散度的相关关系。方法　根据超声心动图标准 ,将高血压病患者分为伴左心室肥厚与不伴左心室肥厚 2个亚组 ,分析其标准 1 2导联心电图 ,计算QT离散度 ,对比两个亚组的QT离散度 ,对左心室重量与QT离散度进行线性回归分析。结果　QT离散度与左心室重量呈线性相关 (r =0 .3 ,P <0 .0 0 1 )。高血压病伴左心室肥厚组与不伴左心室肥厚组比较 ,前者QT离散度明显增大。高血压病患者左心室越重 ,QT离散度越大。结论　QT离散度与左心室重量存在线性相关 ,左心室肥厚 ,而不是高血压 ,导致QT离散度增大。

Correlation Between Left Ventricular Mass and QT Dispersion in Patients With Systematic Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the correlation between left ventricular mass and QT dispersion in hypertensive patients. Methods:The hypertensive patients were divided into 2 subset groups: hypertension with and without left ventricular hypertrophy on basis of echocardiographic criteria. Standard 12 leaded electrocardiograms were analyzed, the QT dispersion was calculated. The QT dispersion in 2 subset groups was compared. Linear regression analysis was performed between left ventricular mass and QT dispersion. Results:A correlation existed between QT dispersion and left ventricular mass in our study population(r=0.3,P<0.001). The greater left ventricular mass,the greater the QT dispersion in hypertensive patients(P=0.001). A significantly increased QT dispersion was found in the subset of patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy compared with patients with hypertension but without a hypertrophied myocardium. Conclusion:A correlation existed between QT dispersion and left ventricular mass.Left ventricular hypertrophy,not hypertension, creates an increase in QT dispersion.
