| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入的处理方法和疗效。方法 对１９眼外伤性白内障行超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入术。结果 术后１ｗｋ视力≥０．５者１１例（５７．９％），≥１．０者３例（１５．８％），术后１ｍｏ视力≥０．５者１５例（７８．９％），≥１．０者４例（２１．０％）。结论 在具备良好的手术条件、熟练的操作技术下，根据外伤性白内障的不同情况，采用相应的超声乳化技术，可以取得满意效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of surgical management of phacoemulsification and implantation of artificial lens for traumatic cataract.Methods The surgery was performed on 19 patients.Results Post operatively, the visual acuities were 0.5 or better in 57.9% and 1.0 or better in 15.8% in one week; 0.5 or better in 78.9% and 1 0 or better in 21.0% in one month.Conclusion It can have better effect to perform phacoemulsification and implantation of artificial lens in different conditions with surgery skill and better equipment. |
