| 摘 要： | 癌症疼痛是由癌症本身或与癌症治疗有关的以及精神、心理和社会等原因所致的疼痛。目前，全世界的癌症病人中30％～50％伴有疼痛。国内每天约有100万癌症病人忍受疼痛的折磨。由于疼痛对癌症患者的生活质量及治疗影响很大，因此，癌症疼痛的治疗是WHO对癌症综合规划的四项重点之一。针灸治疗癌症疼痛近年来虽已有较大进展，取得了较好的疗效，但也存在一些问题。
