| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨生新复元胶囊治疗股骨头坏死的药效。方法：给予模型动物生新复元胶囊口服后，测定生新复元胶囊对大鼠骨密度、对小鼠耳廓肿胀和疼痛扭体次数的影响。结果：生新复元胶囊能明显改善维甲酸所致大鼠骨质疏松，抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀，减少腹腔注射醋酸后所致小鼠疼痛扭体次数。结论：生新复元胶囊对股骨头坏死具有增强骨密度、抗炎、镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the pharmacological effect of SFC in treating necrosis of femoral head.Method:The bone density of rat,the auricular tumefaction and the frequency of twist of mouse were observed.Results:SFC can improve the osteoporosis caused by methylacid,restrain the auricular tumefaction causes by dimethylbenzene,and reduce the times of twist caused by acetic acid injected in the celiac.Conclusion:SFC has the effects of increasing bone density,anti-inflammation and analgesia in treating necrosis of femoral head. |
