| 摘 要： | 大型公立医院的跨越式发展，为医院长远发展打下了物质基础，但突显了强大的创收能力，追求短期的绩效目标，与“三个过度”相互依存，引发了医院生态危机。应进行生态反思，转变发展观念，制订符合公立医院特性的绩效评价标准，引导医院科学地持续发展。

| Abstract: | Great leap forward development mode has laid good material basis for hospital sustainable development,but this development mode also means strong income generating capacity and pursues short term performance aim.The mode is interdependence with 'three over' and causes hospital ecological crisis.It is considered to rethink this mode and change development mode,design performance appraisal standard matching public hospital characteristics and guide hospital scientific and sustainable development. |
