| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨科研课题＂订单式＂服务管理与考核办法的可行性。方法：通过在综合医院公共科研平台实施科研课题＂订单式＂服务管理与考核办法,观察该办法对充分发挥医院公共科研平台服务功能和促进医院立项课题高质量实施完成以及科研成果产出的作用。结果：科研课题＂订单式＂服务在医院科研平台的推行使全院科研项目实施进度加快,课题完成质量提高,并取得了较好的科研成果。结论：科研课题＂订单式＂服务管理与考核办法有利于充分发挥医院公共科研平台服务功能和加强医院科研管理。
