| 摘 要： | 在现行的医疗体制下，临床药师制度建设重点包括职业定位、队伍培养、职业内容等方面；其建制过程既有机遇也包含着挑战，是一个逐步建制的过程。医院药师的工作模式要逐渐向临床化转型是必然趋势，只有培养一支高水平的临床药师队伍，医院药学在医院才不会被边缘化，其地位才会不断向前发展。

| Abstract: | In the current medical system,the clinical pharmacist system construction focuses on the career orientation,cultivation,professional contents,etc.It involves both opportunities and challenges and will a gradually instituted process.It is a necessity trend that pharmacist working mode will be transferred to clinical pharmacist system.Only when a qualified clinical pharmacist team can be successfully trained,pharmacy in hospital will has the possibility to healthy development. |
