| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠癌根治术后胃瘫综合征（PGs）的病因、诊断和治疗措施。方法对我院2000年1月至2010年3月期间收治的21例结直肠癌根治术PGS患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者全部经非手术方法治愈，胃肠功能均在14～28d恢复正常，平均（18．5±5．4）d恢复正常。结论通过综合治疗如消除患者紧张情绪、持续胃肠减压、加强营养支持、合理应用胃肠动力药物等，均可以达到满意的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome（PGS） after radical resection of coloreetal cancer. Methods The data of 11 cases of PGS from January 2000 to March 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were cured. Their colorectal fuetions recovered in14-28 （18.5± 5.4） days by conservative treatment. Conclusion By eliminating the tension of the patients, continuing gastrointestinal decompression, enhancing nutritional support and using the medicine reasonably, the outcome of treatment for the PGS will be good. |
