| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨专科医院实施急重症大交班的具体方法和成效。方法：组织急重症相关的科室和病区主任、值班二线医师、相关职能部门负责人每周召开急重症大交班一次,着重改善急诊室患者拥挤情况,解决患者住院难问题。结果：实施急重症大交班可以有效解决急诊室患者住院难问题,加强急诊室和重症监护病区的管理水平,优化诊治流程,进而提高医疗管理政策的执行力。结论：专科医院实施急重症大交班是加强医院急重症相关科室管理,提高医疗质量的有效途径。
