| 摘 要： | 门诊医生工作站是一个不断更新的医用平台,接受新程序,应用新功能是每位门诊医生都要学会的实践操作技能。内蒙古医学院附属医院针对门诊医生工作站培训面临的问题,提出取得医院管理层支持,加大对更新后的门诊医生工作站的宣传力度、广泛激发医生对新程序的兴趣、加强对新的快捷方式的讲解、印发培训文档、签到与考核相结合、将电子版培训文档下发到各医生工作站,方便医生随时查阅、采用录像手段,录制培训全过程、组建医院医生QQ群、区别对待,适度放宽,点对点培训、跟踪服务等方面的培训技巧和方法。让医生克服原有的固化心理,快速有效的接受和完成门诊医生工作站的培训。
