红外光谱分析泌尿系结石成分207例

摘    要:目的探讨尿石成分红外光谱定性分析泌尿系结石化学成分特点,为预防其复发提供依据。方法采用红外光谱法对207例泌尿系结石行定性分析;结合患者临床资料进行比较,分析本地区泌尿系结石成分在不同解剖部位、不同年龄、不同性别患者结石中的分布情况。结果一水草酸钙检出率最高,为89.37%。女性患者碳酸磷灰石(52.70%)的检出率高于男性,男性患者尿酸或尿酸盐(19.55%)的检出率高于女性。中年草酸钙(43.45%)检出率高于老年。结论采用红外光谱定性分析尿石成分,对尿石症的综合治疗及科学预防具有重要意义。

Abstract:0bjective To evaluate the use of fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer(FTIR) for the analysis of urinary stone compositions and its distribution feature. Methods The compositions of urinary calculi(n=207) were detected by FTIR. According to the clinical data, the distribution of urinary stone composition was examined in different anatomic sites, patients with different age and gender.
