主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗老年急性Stanford B型主动脉夹层的临床观察

目的:观察主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗老年急性Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者的疗效。方法:32例老年急性Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者分为2组,接受主动脉腔内隔绝术治疗的24例患者为治疗组;采用内科方法治疗的8例患者为对照组,比较2组患者存活出院率。结果:在老年急性Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者中,治疗组存活出院率方面明显优于对照组(83.33%vs 25.00%,P0.01)。结论:对老年急性Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者,采用主动脉腔内隔绝术可以提高患者存活出院率。

Clinical observation of endovascular exclusion in treatment of elderly patients with acute stanford type B aortic dissection

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of aortic endovascular exclusion （EVE） in elderly patients with acute stanford type B aortic dissection.Methods：Thiryt-two elderly patients with acute stanford type B aortic dissection were divided into aortic EVE group （treatment group,24 cases） and medical therapy group （control group,8 cases）.The difference in survival rate at hospital discharge was compared between two groups.Results：In elderly patients with acute stanford type B aortic dissection,the survival rate in treatment group is obviously superior to that of control group （83.33% vs 25.00%,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions：In elderly patients with acute stanford type B aortic dissection,aortic EVE therapy might improve the survival rate at hospital discharge.
