| 摘 要： | 电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）是近年来诊治胸外伤的一项新技术，其创伤小、术后恢复快。目前VATS已广泛应用于创伤性血胸、创伤性气胸、创伤性膈肌破裂、心脏大血管损伤、创伤性乳糜胸、创伤后脓胸和多发性肋骨骨折等胸部创伤。对其适应证的选择、围手术期的处理和手术操作方法等进行规范具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS) is a new innovation for the diagnosis and treatment of chest injury,which is invasive and the patients can get well quickly after surgery.VATS is now widely accepted as a safe and effective procedure for many kinds of thoracic trauma,such as traumatic hemothorax,pneumothorax,diaphragmatic rupture,cardiac and large vessel injuries,chylothorax,post-traumatic empyema and multiple rib fracture.It is very important to normalize the criterion of case selection,peri-operative treatment and operative skills. |
