| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药贴敷疗法佐治小儿肺炎的疗效。方法100例小儿肺炎随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组在常规用药的基础上，采用敷胸散外敷于哆音明显处。结果两组总疗效差异无统计意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组体征缓解时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论大黄、芒硝外敷佐治小儿肺炎效果较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine therapy efficacy in treating infantile pneumonia. Method 100 cases of infantile pneumonia were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. In the base of common drugs, the treatment group put Fuxiong powder on the skin surface where the tales was obvious. Results The total therapeutic effects had no difference in 2 groups, but the course of disease in the treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group. Conclusion The effect that treating infantile pneumonia in auxiliary by pasting on the skin surface with Rhubarb and Mirabilite is better. |
