肝癌中骨桥蛋白和血管内皮生长因子的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝细胞癌中的表达以及与转移、复发的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测64例肝癌组织、10例肝硬化组织及10例正常组织中OPN、VEGF的表达,分析两者与临床病理特征的关系。结果OPN和VEGF在肝癌组织的含量显著高于肝硬化及正常组织(P〈0.05),OPN、VEGF的高表达与肝癌的早期复发转移显著相关(P〈0.01),且OPN和VEGF在肝癌组织的表达呈正相关(r=0.73,P〈0.01)。结论OPN和VEGF在肝癌组织中显著高表达,且和早期复发转移相关,OPN可能参与了肿瘤血管生成的过程。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of osteopontin(OPN) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in hepatocellular careinoma(HCC) and its relation to recurrence and metastasis.Methods Expressions of OPN and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemistry method in sixty four tumor tissues,ten hepatic cirrhosis tissues and ten normal tissues.Correlation between the expressions and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression of OPN and VEGF was higher in HCC than that in hepatic cirrhosis and normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of OPN and VEGF in HCC was related to early recurrence and metastasis(P<0.05).A positive correlation between OPN and VEGF expressions was found in HCC(r=0.73,P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of OPN and VEGF is increased in HCC and related to early recurrence and metastasis.OPN may participate in carcinoma angiogenesis.
