| 摘 要： | 高血压病Ⅱ期患者42例,分成3组各14例,均于服安慰剂2wk后,分别服依那普利(10-30mg/d)、美托洛尔(50-150mg/d)及硝苯地平(30-45mg/d)各4-6wk。测定用药前后尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UMAE)、IgG排泄率及β_2-微球蛋白,并与14名正常人比较。结果:服依那普利后尿微量白蛋白明显下降(P<0.05),且与收缩压下降相关(P<0.05)。其他2组无变化。提示依那普利可以减少UMAE。

| Abstract: | Fourty-two stage n patients with hypertension were equally divided into 3 groups. After 2 wk of placebo, enalapril(10-30 mg/d), metoprolol(50- 150mg/d) and nifedipine(30-45mg/d) were given respectively to each of the 8 groups for 4-6 wk. The parameters examined included urinary microalbu-min excretion (UMAE),urinary microimmunoglobulin G excretion (UMGE) and urinary 2 microglobu-lin ( 2MG) before and after administration of the drugs. There was also a matched control group of 14 normal subjects. Results showed UMAE was significantly lowered only after enalapril administration (from 27 ± 25 mg/d to 12±8mg/d,P<0. 05). There were positive correlations between decreased systolic blood pressure and decreased UMAE (r = 0. 66, p<0. 05). Thus enalapril can decrease UMAE. |
