宫缩期测量脐动脉血流评估胎儿宫内安危的临床价值探讨

目的 检测宫缩期的脐动脉血流，拟探讨其预测胎儿宫内窘迫的价值。方法 选择产程处于潜伏期的临产妇，用彩色多普勒分别在子宫收缩期和子宫收缩间隙期测量脐动脉血流变化。结果 132例受试者中发生宫内窘迫的为32例，其中在宫缩期S／D〉2．7的共30例，其敏感性、特异性和阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为88．23％，95．9％，88．23％，95．9％。结论 选择测量子宫收缩时的脐动脉血流，更能及时敏感地反映胎儿在宫内的安危，可作为预测胎儿宫内窘迫的筛查。

The clinical potential of predicting fetal distress from umbilical artery analysis during uterine Contraction
