| 摘 要： | 问诊标准化病人已广泛运用于医学教育与考试中，但规范化培训在我国仍处于起步阶段。本文结合标准化病人承担“病史提供者”、“评估者”和“教师”三重角色的特点，从撰写培训剧本、制定评分标准、确定培训步骤、考核和监督手段等几个方面，总结了问诊标准化病人的培训实施情况。
