| 摘 要： | 对３４例矽肺患者治疗前及抗矽Ⅰ号（磷酸羟基喹呱）和汉防己甲素（汉甲）联合用药治疗的第１、３、６疗程后的血清分别用微量法及ＥＬＩＳＡｉ法测定了血清铜蓝蛋白（Ｃｐ）含量，并同时测定了１６个矽肺患者同期对照血清。两种方法所得结果的趋势有一致性。ＥＬＩＳＡ法基于免疫学反应，对血清存放时间要求较宽，微量法特异性较强，简便快速，但容易受干扰。两种方法均可在矽肺纤维化的研究中应用于分析测定血清Ｃｐ的含量。

| Abstract: | Serum ceruloplasmin(Cp)levels of 34 silicosis patients before and after treatment with Hydroxypiperaquinoline phosphate and Tetrandine(TT)were determined by microanalysis and ELISA. Another 16 silicosis patients without treatment were selected as controls,The results determined by ELISA were consisted with that by microanalysis,indicating that ELISA method is as reliable as microanalysis method.Since the principle of ELISA is based on immunoreaction,serum samples have not to be measured within 24 h.ELISA can be used as a complementory method for the study of Cp in silicosis. |
