谷物中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇和雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的气相色谱测定

摘    要:用乙腈—水(3+1)提取毒素,经硅镁型吸附剂柱层析和活性炭柱净化后,用具电子捕获检测器的气相色谱仪测定。当小麦和玉米中添加毒素的量为0.1~0.5mg/kg时,小麦中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的回收率为87%~96%,雪腐镰刀菌烯醇为77%~84%,玉米中脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇的回收率为91%~102%,雪腐镰刀菌烯醇为93%,精密度小于8%,方法的检测限为0.010mg/kg。

Abstract:method has been developed for the analysis of two trichothecene mycotoxins (DON and NIV) in cereals. These toxins are extracted with acetonitrile/water(3+1) and purified by a two step chromatographic procedure using florisil(made in China) and carbon columns. The amounts of DON and NIV in the column eluated are quantitated by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. The limits of detection are 0.010 mg/kg for DON and NIV. Recoveries of toxins added to wheat at 0.1~0.5mg/kg are 87%~96% for DON, 77%~89% for NIV and 90%~102% and 93% respectively for spiked corn and spiked wheat at the same levels. Some intoxicated samples have been analysed by this method and the changes of DON in stored cereals has been noticed.
