新型脊柱固定器治疗胸腰椎骨折36例

目的　介绍一种新型脊柱固定器械 ,并报告其治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法　用此固定器械治疗胸腰椎骨折 3 6例。结果　此固定器械 ,根据临床需要 ,可行压缩、撑开、成角和中立位固定。结论　治疗效果满意。脊柱损伤只要有手术指征 ,手术时机甚为重要 ,应早期或立即手术 ,有利于脊柱骨折和椎管前方骨块的复位 ,早期也有利于神经功能的恢复。

New Type of Spinal Fixation Apparatus and Its Application in Treating 36 Cases of Thoracolumbar Fracture

Objective To introduce a new type of spinal fixation apparatus and its therapeutic effect on thoracolumbar fracture.Method 36 cases of thoracolumbar fracture were internally fixed with this fixation apparatus.Result According to demands,the fixation apparatus can be applied to compression,distraction,angularity or neutral mode. Clinical observation and follow up survey demonstrated that its therapeutic effect was satisf actory.Conclusion It is stressed that,if there was indication for operation,the spinnal injury should be operated immediately or at early stage.It will be advantageous to the reduction of spinal fracture and fragments located in front of spinal canal,as well as the recovery of the function of nerves.
