| 摘 要： | 缺血性脑血管病具有高发病率、高致残率、高病死率的特点,及时干预、适当的干预措施对预后有很大影响。利用CT灌注成像技术,研究脑梗死超急性期的脑血流变化规律,根据脑局部血液动力学指标确定合适的治疗时间窗,制定个性化的治疗方案,预测治疗结果具有实际的临床意义。CT灌注成像成为近期研究的热点。

| Abstract: | Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is characterized by high incidence,high lethality and high rate of disablement.Prompt treatment and proper therapeutic method will have large influence upon prognosis,CT Perfusion Imaging technique can be used to research cerebral blood change laws in hyperacute period of cerebral infarctionand. by which there is a practicle significance in clinic to determine suitable time windows for treatment,make up individual treatment plan and predetermine treatment results according to local cerebral hemodynamic index.CT Perfusion Imaging has become a hot point in recent research. |
